Role Overview:
As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent across multiple global locations. You will oversee high-volume hiring efforts as well as corporate recruitment, ensuring alignment with our company's mission, values, and recruitment frameworks such as The Ideal Team Player and Topgrading. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation in the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring operational efficiency in talent acquisition across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development & Execution:
- Lead the development of recruitment strategies for both volume hiring and corporate roles across global locations.
- Adapt strategies to meet regional market conditions and labor trends in the Philippines, Costa Rica, India, Dominican Republic, and South Africa.
- Implement The Ideal Team Player and Topgrading frameworks to assess and identify the best talent aligned with company values.
High-Volume Hiring Process Improvement:
- Optimize recruitment workflows to achieve same-day hiring for high-volume roles, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable recruiting models and tools to streamline hiring processes and reduce cycle time.
Corporate Talent Acquisition:
- Build strong pipelines for corporate support roles such as finance, HR, IT, etc.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative support on hiring strategies.
Sourcing and Marketing Partnership:
- Work with the marketing team to develop compelling employer branding materials that resonate with top candidates.
- Expand sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed recruitment team, ensuring alignment with performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and monitor recruitment KPIs, ensuring hiring targets are met and exceeded.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Promote [BPO Client Company] as an employer of choice across global markets, utilizing testimonials, social proof, and internal stories.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
- Adjust strategies based on trends and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant leadership experience in a high-volume, global environment.
- Experience in the BPO industry or similar fast-paced sectors preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across diverse geographies.
- Expertise in ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities across departments and with senior leadership.
- Passion for candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Volume Hiring Efficiency: Aim for 3–5 days time-to-hire for volume roles, with a goal of moving toward same-day hiring for urgent roles.
- Volume Hiring Fill Rate: Target 90%+ of positions filled within 30 days.
- Corporate Recruitment Performance: Average time-to-fill for corporate roles should be within 30–45 days for senior roles and 15–30 days for mid-level roles.
- Candidate Experience: Achieve 90%+ candidate satisfaction scores and maintain drop-off rates below 10%.
- Referral Rate: Aim for 20–30% of hires sourced through employee referrals.
- Retention: 12-month retention exceeding 70% for volume hires and 85%+ for corporate roles.
